Welcome to Spring into Summer!
We’re excited that you are taking steps to prioritize your health and well-being. Through this initiative, you have access to the Arthritis Foundation's Walk With Ease (WWE) program. This specific version is part of Healthy Iowans goals to promote physical activity in Iowa. Be sure to select the "Spring into Summer" group on the next page. Whether you are a regular exerciser or new to physical activity, WWE can help you build skills in establishing and maintaining healthy habits. The program is designed to help you set goals and monitor your progress —at your own pace.
The initiative provides FREE access to the self-directed version of the evidence-based WWE program. It is delivered through an online portal and you will receive email and / or text messages to guide you through the process. There is a book available for those that want to have additional support but it is not available through this program (you can purchase it if desired but it is not needed to get access to the program or the online portal).
The registration process will ask some simple questions that are needed to monitor enrollments in the program. Your individual responses are confidential, but the summary information is tracked to help us continue to refine and improve the programming. By completing the registration, you agree to access the portal to enhance your experience with Walk with Ease.
