Welcome to Walk With Ease

Take the first step toward a healthier you!

 

 

Physical activity is proven to reduce arthritis pain, stiffness, and swelling. Walking is joint-friendly, safe, and can help make arthritis symptoms better. To get started with your own walking plan, try UNC Internal Medicine’s free, 6-week Walk With Ease program! 

Use this portal to:

  • Register for Walk With Ease
  • Access your free guidebook
  • Make a personalized walking plan
  • Set up text or email reminders
  • Keep track of your progress

Once you finish registering, you will be able to log in to your portal anytime using your phone, computer, or tablet. On the next two pages, you will set up your secure portal and answer a few questions. Make sure to complete STEP 1 and STEP 2 to finish your registration.
