Join Walk With Ease!

Walk With Ease is a 6-week walking program designed by the Arthritis Foundation to help people gradually increase their physical activity. If you have arthritis, joint pain, or have trouble moving around due to a condition or inactivity, Walk With Ease can help you move more at your own pace. Walk With Ease can help anyone starting exercising more, regardless of health status.

Walk With Ease can help:

  • Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
  • Increase balance, strength and walking pace
  • Build confidence in your ability to be physically active
  • Improve overall health

What to Expect

You walk on your own three times a week and track your steps or minutes walked through your online account. The Osteoarthritis Action Alliance will send you regular messages to keep you motivated. Each week, you can access information, resources, and videos about walking. You can set goals, watch your progress, and continue to track your walks. You will receive a certificate at the end of the 6-week program.
