** Start where you are. **  No experience or prior activity needed.  ** 

Physical activity can help reduce arthritis pain, stiffness, and swelling — and even small steps make a difference. Walking is joint friendly, safe, and easy to fit into your day.

To get started, try TARA's Walk With Ease today!  This free, 6- week, self-paced program guides you step-by-step so you can build confidence and comfort at your own pace.

Use this online portal to:

  • Register for Walk With Ease
  • Access your free guidebook
  • Make a personalized walking plan
  • Set up text or email reminders
  • Keep track of your progress

Once you finish registering, you will be able to log in to your secure portal anytime using your phone, computer, or tablet. On the next two pages, you will set up your secure portal and answer a few questions. Make sure to complete STEP 1 and STEP 2 to finish your registration.
